What we Offer

Physical training exist in three states including; Kano, Kaduna and Lagos. Here, you are trained for six weeks after which your transformed mindset become your new driving force. We provide you with a conducive learning environment, food and an immersive practical base that helps you compete favorably in the agribusiness world.
Through our Start Them Early Program, our secondary schools are not left out, we establish state-of-the-art agribusiness clubs aimed at a positive mindset transformation for our teenagers in Nigeria.
We also have an eLearning platform for youths that cannot be physically present. You can take advantage of our free online trainings and get certified.

Coaching and Mentorship

Coaching and mentoring are learning relationships that facilitate development of new insights, learning and change (NHS Leadership Center, 2005; Beasley, 2012). Through this learning relationship, potential is identified, possibilities become reality, and tangible results are delivered.
The practical workplace application of acquired skills and knowledge requires coaching and mentoring support, which facilitates training transfer by creating opportunities for practice and feedback.
Selected partners, facilitators and mentors are Identified, reviewed well distributed within our project regions, with a primary aim of building our trainees to industry acceptable standards.

Linkages to Finance

Till date, agribusinesses in Nigeria are faced with great challenges when it comes to accessing funding, whether they are in the startup phase or trying to scale Our project explores available financing options, liaise with financial service providers towards assisting qualified trainees secure youth friendly loan which can be used towards achieving their agribusiness dream.
Alternatives to financing, Grants, and other form of sourcing capital for these trainees are also considered and the business development office guides our trainees on how best to leverage on these platform.

Profiling and Networking

Across Africa, the e-commerce market is predicted to increase from under €7 billion in 2014 to almost €65 billion by 2025, yet the continent’s participation in online retail remains limited compared to the rest of the world.
Towards mitigating the constraints that limit the above success, we developed our ecommerce solution, free for use by our trainees. All actors within the agribusiness value chain are encouraged to partner with these trainees towards the reality of increasing agribusiness generated ROI and revenue.
